Services

Black Table Productions (“Company,” “we,” “our”) provides video production, branded content, and podcast production services. The scope of each project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement.

Payments

A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur a service fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 7 business days of a scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling is allowed subject to crew and resource availability.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Black Table Productions retains ownership of all raw footage.

Clients are granted a license to use the final deliverables for the purposes outlined in the project agreement (e.g., marketing, internal use).

Any extended usage (e.g., national broadcast, resale, third-party distribution) may require an additional license.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must secure any necessary location permits, releases, or approvals for filming. Black Table Productions is not liable for delays or issues caused by lack of proper permissions.

Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive project details without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, govern these Terms.
